Pros

Great pay, which is the most important! Fun place, if you're good at your job, if you're lazy you would hate it. Must be a hard worker and work will be fun! company yearly picnics, incentives based on store performance.

Cons

I saw people get raises when they clearly didn't deserve it. I saw the worst, sloppiest, slowest people get passed off o cooking. I don't know how because they were always always behind (snowed) and could never clear the wheel and yet got their raise. I also saw the worst board people get passed off when they were slow, messy, and no drive to work harder. When I was getting my raises I had to be perfect before I got passed off, it seemed as the years went by they were just giving anyone a raise. It was very unfair, especially when I wanted to get my level 7 and never got it, when I worked with horrible managers..made no sense.

Pros

decent pay higher than most jobs in the fast food business, most of the time management staff know what they are doing, almost all employees are great people who you will probably remain in contact with even after you leave

Cons

customers with complicated orders, rude customers, alot of non english speaking customers, almost all customers are very ignorant people who think they know more than the employees who are trained to do their jobs. Compan policies are very strict, you can't have certain hairstyles, can't have anything that will cause you to ruin the company's image. ex. earrings, piercings, mohawks, fauxhawks, long hair, different colored hair, etc.
