Pros

- Flexible scheduling - Free meals for employees - Higher starting pay than most fast-food places - Good benefits. Part timers get free dental and vision, full timers get full benefits. - Most of the people you work with will become family to you outside of work. It's beautiful.

Cons

- Management plays favorites. If they like you, they'll train you. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how productive you are in the kitchen/in the drive-thru. - Management will lie to your face about giving you more training and more hours, then turn around and do the exact opposite. That's the reason why I quit. Empty promises and lies. - If you have a visible tattoo or piercing, they won't hire you. Period.

Pros

Working at In-N-Out is awesome because you constantly receive raises whenever you level up in the company.. I began making $13.25 an hour, and in the course of 3 years, I left making $16.75... So the compensate you very well. And you get paid for holidays and a free burger whenever you work.

Cons

I think the cons outweigh the pros... They're very strict about makeup, YOUR UNIFORM STAYING CLEAN (which can be very hard since you're working with food), alot of the times they run of uniform shirts, whivh typically I'm a small in women, but you'd catch me wearing a men's XXL... and you only take 10 min breaks which are TIMED by a massive tv in the kitchen so the can keep tabs on you, which sucks because you work 6 hrs at most and that's the only break you'd get... and there you are rushing to eat. Oh and its very stressful being forced to smile when the managers would yell out "SMILE CHECK"! Mentally unhealthy... and they live by "The customer is ALWAYS right" saying, so just know they'll never side with you no matter how ridiculous the situation can be. That's hurtful when a manager takes a complete stranger's side over yours, their own employee who they know.
