      Some co workers are very unfriendly , higher levels think they have the right to treat Lower levels like trash

      Pros

      working there was so cool for awhile and everyone is really nice you meet alot of friends and once you move up your hours improve i enjoyed learning so much about good customer service.

      Cons

      gets exhausting. youre not cool unless you know what you are doing in the kitchen and if youre new good luck everyone will be rude and dont expect to make friends or get good hours right away. everyone is pretty stuck up once they see youre learning the material though youre cool. i have issues with the strict policy which defeminishes woman and cant have nail polish. the uniform sucks and you have to stand outside and take orders which isnt fun. i had issues with one manager shes why i left i went to work everyday and sometimes i would leave crying. stressful. one word.

      Pros

      Everyone gets a chance to move up quickly. It pays well! I started out making $10 an hour, and then two weeks after I started there was a company wide raise of $00.50 and when I left I was making $13.50. They have great values! They always give Christmas gifts, have company wide sport competitions, and yearly picnics.

      Cons

      Just like every food service place, the customers will sometimes get to you. Sometimes there are associates that are hard to work with, but that's going to happen at every place.
