Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you feel there are too many meetings. We’ve received similar feedback through our regular employee surveys, so please know that we’re working on it! We also appreciate your advice about putting processes in place for the future. InStride is growing by leaps and bounds and we have put a lot of thought into how to manage that growth to avoid (or at least reduce) growing pains.

Our mission is to change lives through access to education, so we work hard to create a culture of learning within our organization, because education doesn’t just happen in classrooms. We encourage all InStriders to learn as much as they can, whether that’s through taking on new challenges or enrolling in courses through our Step Forward program. From day 1, InStriders can enroll in classes from any of our academic providers, with no restrictions as to the subject matter. Education really does change lives, and we want our InStriders to have access to all the education opportunities possible.
