- Incredible mission-driven teammates who are kind, caring, and motivated to make a positive impact. - Thorough onboarding process which got me up to speed on projects very quickly - Fast-moving environment where I was always working on something impactful. - Incredible work/life balance where I didn't have to worry about others messaging me after hours. - Are able to use the Step Forward program to continue your education. - Very solid benefits package overall.

Cons

- Teams tended to work in silos which slowed progress on projects and caused there to be confusion over which team/department owned what - Overuse of Lattice for simple updates. My team used Lattice for weekly 1:1 agendas, goal updates/tracking, and weekly updates. I found it to be a bit redundant, but others may not view it that way. - Did not see many internal career growth opportunities for my particular role. - Minor org changes recently.
