      Pros

      Included Health is very focused on their employees and work very hard to provide an amazing culture and benefits.

      Cons

      As a startup, there are still a lot of opportunities to document processes and work on some efficiencies. It's a focus for the next few years, but you have to be willing to adapt to change easily here as it's happening daily!

      Pros

      They put a lot of effort into positive and inclusive work culture, continuing education presentations, virtual support for colleagues. At this point flexible schedule. Company will be announcing change to compensation/work hours expectations.

      Cons

      Average pay, no raises in several years. Company reserves the right to make changed to expectations of providers at any time. Departure from company requires several months of notice to avoid financial penalty.

      Pros

      Grand Rounds has a lofty mission, to "Raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere." I feel like we are on the correct path to do it. It is great to work with leaders who ambitiously and courageously pursue that goal. The rewards, benefits, and time off show that the company values the health and welfare of the employees.

      Cons

      No cons. It has been a fabulous place to work.
