Pros

Well known for community presence and Brand name. The company employes associates who are great to work with. Associates are professional, friendly, willing to help others, and focus is on serving the customer.

Cons

Extended hours on evenings, weekends, and holidays is the normal expectation of management. Don't expect any accommodations or gratitude in exchange for your sacrifice.

Pros

The Only pros is location!!

Cons

IBC has laid off many, many, and many VALUABLE full time employees and contractors. because they want to save their overall operating cost, instead, they outsource huge amount of people from India (cheaper labor). Most of people never received effective training or have lack of knowledge for their business. Management never listen. no room for growth! No rewards for hard working.

Pros

Flexibility with time, Benefits, and Perks which is nice

Cons

Nepotism , Is not what you know is who you know management is TERRIBLE !!! Very unprofessional No room for growth and in order for you to get a raise well you would either have to be a butt kisser or a politician (no work all play) hard work is not rewarded, to many females so you already know it's a chicken coop it's terrible, very negative work environment
