Pros

The people that I've met over the years have been so amazing, kind, and caring, no matter the department. WE ARE IBX.

Cons

CEO & CPO do NOT have the best interests of IBX at heart. Lack of transparency and deceitful business practices, CEO has been preparing for a "street fight" with Highmark coming to town. I guess they're using the same tactics with the employees too. Bring your brass knuckles if you plan to stay, no one has your back so be prepared to fend for yourself.

Pros

PTO Time ( 3 weeks with 1 week increase every 5 years)

Cons

Hybrid- We were officially hybrid of choice as of 2023 (remotely worked since 2020), less than 1 year they changed the policy with only a 30 to 60 day notice with no consideration for employees. They care about the politics and whomever back they are scratching in Philadelphia Misleading company Barely 2% yearly raises low morale low pay
