Lacks diversity in management

Pros

I've been with the company for 17 years, and many people have worked here for a long time. There is a certain sense of stability, although the last few years have been challenging.

Cons

When the company faces financial hardship, it's first reaction is to lay off, rather than make process improvements to reduce waste. Also, there's a noticeable lack of diversity in middle management, especially when compared to the number of minority employees.

Pros

Good pay. No weekends, No intense interactions with others. Sit in your cubicle and mind your business and do your job.

Cons

In the beginning it was straight customer service. After a change in management the job felt more like sales. If you don't take enough calls or your get scored low by a person thatr didn't get what they wanted your head is on a chopping block!!
