Caring staff but some young servers can be rude

The residents are overall very nice people, and the staff that have worked there the longest are generally caring, very experienced people, especially the cooks. The schedule is always posted reliably in advance.

Cons

Some of the younger serving staff can be rude and slack off. They'll often shove responsibilities onto other people.

I work for Independence Village Evansville and Independence Village Columbus as the Property Administrator. This company is fantastic and strives to truly change company culture. We are supported from the top down. Lots of room to grow and move up.

Cons

Health and Pharmacy benefits could be better but they are average/decent.
