Pros

-Even if you are a housekeeper or dishwasher, if you are full-time, you get benefits. -Talking with the residents and getting to know them

Cons

-Getting too big for themselves -Lots of ego from upper management -24 hours a day / 365 days a year -Cuts and cuts keep occurring to employees -Little to no support from regionals and executives while expecting more and more from you -Management is out for themselves with little concern for the residents

Pros

- The residents - Some coworkers - White collar jobs are paid decently well.

Cons

- Management - Some coworkers - Not owning responsibilities - High school level finger pointing - "Blue Collar" jobs are not paid well and frequently mistreated. - Management was out of touch with people looking for their "product" - Management convinced that "product would sell itself", not understanding that seniors are some of the most resistant to change and moving.
