Newer office furniture in nice building.

Cons

Substantial politicking & back-stabbing, fear of new ideas & new people, immature attitudes for adults to display among co-workers. Lots of "peacocking" to impress each other.

The company in itself sometimes i wonder if those in charge actually went to school or just woke up and jumped in this field

The residents are great, decor is nice.

Cons

Will hire you as LPN, will work you as an aide, aides quitting daily, due to duties that are beyond assisted living needs, corporate always in building, working as aides.
