CEO and COO provide good leadership

Cons

Other levels of management (Executive VPs) can be very petty. The company has people in positions that do not know anything about their discipline. The company offers its consumers the Red Shirt treatment while offering its employees the Red Slip treatment.

Very good PTO and good benefits. Organization says they have good life balance.

Cons

Certain managers/areas take advantage and work/life balance does not exist. Promises on advancement never seem to happen.
