Communication from Management is non-existent, will hire you under the impression you're doing one job but force you into a job roll you never interviewed for, attendance policy is no unpaid time off regardless of the reason and they do not accept Dr's notes, hostile work environment-they will do everything to get you to quit over firing you. Work is based off of personal preference of your supervisor and not the company handbook. They will micromanage everything you do. You have zero chance at job advancement or a raise.

Cons

Same as any company, there are a lot of internal challenges in keeping a large company like this all moving to the same rhythm. The right hand often does not know what the left hand is doing.
