Work culture, excellent feedback, communication, collaboration. People here are very helpful and collaborative. They encourage you to take risks, work on challenging projects and of course coach you to achieve your professional goals.

Cons

Too much of documentation for project compliance processes. Also some of the software needs to be updated, some of them to be installed to make the process compliance much easier.

Excellent benefits and PTO. Excellent culture. Good personal growth opportunities through internal training.

Cons

Salary is billed as "competitive" but not great. Performance reviews not directly linked to compensation, Very difficult to grow professionally due to lack of opportunities. Organization is run but consultants and vendors which impacts employee morale and ability to get things done.
