Pros

State of the art technology. The architecture this company is developing is what other health care plans strive to reach. Significant dollars invested in training this year. Great mission. This company has a belief in bettering the health of every member.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are a bit long. The company has a lot going on and it requires a lot of effort to get there.

Pros

Family oriented; commitment to the community; patient(member) centric; good compensation

Cons

glass ceiling exists; male dominated executive team; tends to hire externally for higher positions, limiting promotion growth from within.

Pros

Great benefits - pay almost nothing for family coverage Good hours PTO system is good

Cons

Middle management - too many chiefs, not enough indians. Very hard to advance unless you know people personally in hiring positions. Procedure documentation is AWFUL. No consistency to manuals, which makes training terrible. So many women in organization = lots of gossip/drama.
