Pros

They really care about their local employees and the people they cover. They hire qualified people.

Cons

If you work remotely and not in the update NY area, your health insurance is UnitedHealthcare, which is not great.

Pros

Not much as side from working from home.

Cons

Within the service level upper management is horrible. There's no true transparency in what you job will include. You may be forced to do one thing while being told it's a job requirement but others are not doing this. They only promote by who's friends with who. They require you to say and do so many tasks in one call and if all are not done you can be scolded for it. The pay isn't great compared to other companies. The company is going down hill and they wonder why. They can't keep most of the employees they have ( they either quit or move to a different department because things are so bad). HR is a joke as with most companies. They will lie and say what you tell them is confidential but will run and tell the person who exactly said what.
