      Co-workers within certain teams can be nice to work with.

      Salary is not comparable, benefits have decreased significantly, under value good associates, no room for advancement, leaders are hired for the wrong reasons

      No pros unless u like being micromanaged and and recorded on every call while making garbage money

      The managment at williamsville location is bizarre. I have never met people like this. Getting off on broken promises. Your told if you pass all 5 tests in training you will graduate get a raise and work from home opportunity. This is a lie, you work hard and are under appreciated. No one in QA is kind or trust worthy they look to get you dinged on your work and fired. Managment and QA whisper behind your back, Why would you trust these people with your health. Do not sign up for health insurance through independent health it's organized by disgusting people.
