      Free Health and Dental Insurance

      Communication from Management is non-existent, will hire you under the impression you're doing one job but force you into a job roll you never interviewed for, attendance policy is no unpaid time off regardless of the reason and they do not accept Dr's notes, hostile work environment-they will do everything to get you to quit over firing you. Work is based off of personal preference of your supervisor and not the company handbook. They will micromanage everything you do. You have zero chance at job advancement or a raise.

      Cons

      If you are a person of color, it’s less than likely that you’d be able to grow into management roles. Not a diverse organization at all. Additionally, there’s no accountability when projects fail.

      Pros

      Great medical benefits and a decent amount of PTO. IH has employee events going on every month. Always something to do. Great morale and ethics.

      Cons

      Certain days are really stressful. Sometimes I feel under appreciated. Small raises, and not much room for growth. Easy to get stuck in a position.
