The people are terrific. Everyone is generally very friendly and helpful. The organization really lives its core beliefs. The Health Care and PTO are particularly good benefits.

Cons

The pace can be overwhelming at times. The range of systems and data can also be overwhelming, especially to a newcomer. There are always a large number of project in motion at any given time, necessitating nights and weekends for some in IT.

Pros

good people, trying hard to get the job done. A few good leaders. Many long time employees. CEO is friendly.

Cons

Executive management is dysfunctional and does not get along well together. Similar functions are split across different executives, so duplication happens and people struggle to get consistency having several masters. Most upper management focused on own careers, not yours.
