The only reason why I am currently working is to get the experience. And finally found a reasonable manager.

Cons

Have been working here for 6 years + and things still haven't changed. The person who wrote the first review on this company basically said what is still true today.

Teamwork is discouraged. Backstabbing is not only celebrated but encouraged among the care assistants. The manager is a psychopath. Stay away from ILS!
