Pros
Easy commute, good location with perks that came with building lease: gym access, free coffee, dry cleaning services, onsite banking. Some flexibility in work hours.
Cons
Employees treated like sweatshop workers with a focus on numbers and chaining you to your desk. Yes, there's free coffee in the cafeteria downstairs, but you're only allowed to get it on your assigned break or at lunch. If you're caught down there at any other time by management, you can be written up. Atmosphere is not conducive to colleagues working together since no mingling between employees is allowed. Clock in a minute past your start time and you're officially late. Salary is abysmal. Growth opportunities only go to favored employees. Requests for help on involved projects falls on deaf ears until management has to pick up the slack and then suddenly, they can make the changes employees have been screaming for for years.
