Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking colleagues. Staff go above and beyond the call, surpassing daily barriers presented by the untalented IT staff.

Cons

Human resources is horrible. Do not verify past employment. Rude and unprofessional. IT is a joke; incompetent.

Mid level Manager

Pros

Coworkers and staff at a mid level are great people that are constantly faced with impossible situations.

Cons

Nepotism, hiring and promoting people based on their willingness to kiss up. Extremely toxic work environment. Organization had zero focus on truly mastering anything. There is no opportunity for growth or advancement. HR policies are a joke and arbitrarily applied. Benefits are scant and those you do get are bottom tier. Pay raises and regular reviews rarely happens. Don't bank on any management promises even if you get them in writing. They break their word and plain lie regularly.

Although this was some time ago, if you had tried offering suggestions for improvement when you were employed, we apologize that if you felt they were not well received. Be assured that we are very open to hearing good ideas and welcome suggestions from our staff to improve processes or the work environment. Additionally, we are a diverse, equal opportunity employer, hiring and promoting those employees that are best suited by their qualifications for the open positions. We have extensive benefit plans with reduced costs for tenured employees.

Case Manager

Pros

The Case Managers were caring, experienced people who worked as a team.

Cons

Management was hostile, slamming doors and verbally putting people down in front of everyone else. There was little orientation and no consistency. Upon resigning, no exit interview, COBRA benefits, etc. PTO was not granted when requested. No HR on site and no contact information for HR.
