Pros

Very difficult to find anything pro about this organization . Their survival is based on being in the right industry, not their skill sets.

Cons

During the interview process they tell you how they are growing and rely on a team concept. Reality is they have no management skills and the team consist of the family members only. Never seen such high turnover and people so poorly treated by management...glad to have moved on to a legitimate organization.

Pros

Coworkers are knowledgeable, humble, and good place to get your feet wet. Benefits are mediocre at best

Cons

Culture and morale has hit rock bottom with all staff, there's a huge disconnect between Senior Management and the staff, Senior Management is a MESS, they don't know how to reward or set their staff up for growth/success, constant lay offs across all their locations every year, 2 years in a row without employee holiday bonuses, cannot retain clients, cannot retain staff, horrible name throughout the industry, benefits are mediocre at best, nepotism plagues the company, no loyalty, the list is endless...

Pros

Minimal supervision, benefits are so-so, people who work there are okay to work with, good opportunity to apply yourself and garner some skills for future jobs.

Cons

Lots of nepotism. Senior Management is terrible. Horrible management. Good luck getting a raise or moving up...
