Pros

Health Benefits (health, vision, dental), free after 3 years. Good place to work right out of college to get experience In house job training. Full-time, standard M-F hours. Managers (some) treat you like a human and are flexible to accommodate life issues. Christmas bonus. Employee Health events - they have in house health fairs, Walgreens come in to give flu shots, sponsors employee in 5k this year

Cons

401k - they match 20% of every $1. Same job in another company = higher pay. Managers (some) have poor leadership skills, some are promoted beyond abilities. Understaffed. Employment depends on contracts (Recently ended a contract, 100 employees laid off).

Pros

the initiatives, services, needs performed for the insurance plan members is notable. The NY/Suffolk group adds credibility to a faltering organization however with the recent layoff mgmnt left are not equipped to make the "right" decisions.

Cons

Sr., and Executive Management does not have - nor serve their employees with justice, they have fragile egos and ignore staff concerns. Additionally and are struggling to hold onto the current client base so that does not help with morale and day2day best practices. Wrong people are MOST CERTAINLY in the wrong position. I recommend to look elsewhere

Pros

Let me think of a few, um sorry can't think of one.

Cons

This mom and pop operation has a bigger IT department than IBM yet they can't fix anything or correct the current problems they have with some crappy home grown program called E-Care. Never seen anything like this company as all departments are crap filled with family members or close friends with zero experience. Majority of these people are riding a gravy train and it's a shame because it has a potential to be a monster in a unique niche but so poorly managed it's unbelievably overwhelming. Oh one last thing, get yourself a REAL HR department because what is in place now is a complete joke.
