      1. Flexible work timings 2. You get to learn a lot of new technologies 3. Hard work never goes unrecognized 4. There is not much work pressure 5. Timely appraisal(the salary hike that you get i don't think any company offers that much) 6. A very good place to start if your a fresher 7. You get to learn a lot of processes( you learn to be a professional)

      I think there should be more training programs for freshers than what we have now

      1. Good training programs for fresher 2. Exposure to new technology 3. Onsite opportunity 4. Good working environment 5. Till now, most of the times work and personal life is balanced properly 6. Direct communication with client 7. Flexible timing

      1. Need little improvement in infrastructure Could not think of much issues working hear.

      Pros

      I have been working at Infinite as a Software developer full-time (more than 3 year) here I got chance to work in updated technologies and company also schedule trainings on many technologies and I must say good exposure to work and learning, flexi timing..Important u get salary on time :) and last not the least good onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Like to have more project ..because projects are less but the project they have are in latest technologies. Initial pay is less.
