- IMO training did prepare me to work hard. - Benefits / Insurance if you are willing to pay for them out of pocket.

Cons

With all of my heart, and soul, I will NEVER again recommend working for Infinity. - Very Poor Management (See Below) - Commissions Structure Is Never What Is Originally Promised. Always "Changes" - Multiple Missed or Incorrect Paychecks - Consistent Pay Decreases - Poor Corporate Culture

Google Ad Words certified, but really you can do that in your free time if you really want it.

Where do I begin?! From the moment an Infinity recruiter contacts you they are already lying about what the position entails. They will pull keywords from your resume to get you under the impression they have a position in your field, same goes for the interview. Once you are in orientation it hits you - you're a telemarketer. You are selling weak products in industries that have no need for them because they hire in-house communications agencies to handle all of their needs. Commission - what a joke! Restructured from monthly to a quarterly payout and if you didn't meet certain requirements (no matter how much you sold) you got nada.

Trainers are excellent, they offer PTO, Health Care and 401K (4%-5%)

Cons

The culture is toxic, management is equivalent to an unflushed toilet, pay structure is often strange.
