You can wear jeans, that's about it

Cons

You will be lied to about salary and commission; you will barely make 30K a year and commissions are capped. You are treated like a child by having to account for your movements daily in a ping, including going to the rest room. You will be micro-managed within an inch of your life and will be replaced with no hesitation. All time off has to be accrued, so if you get sick or have any issues that could prevent you from working and you don't have any time off saved, you will not get paid a dime.
