Relaxed atmosphere and good people. It's never the same thing every day so it doesn't ever get boring. Pay is good. Flexibility is awesome. Great 401k match

Need to adjust the thermostats all the time

Team oriented, fun, great people, never a dull moment, work independently, uncapped commissions for Account Executives, company events and team building, approachable leadership

Cons

They struggle with adding work or responsibility and not adequately adding compensation. Pay rates are below expectation in many positions.

Good benifits and pay some employee perks but not enough to out way the bad

Cons

Promise you the moon and stars but if you dont meet the quota your gone with no ifs ands or buts Not enough training for what you encounter daily

We offer consistent and regular training in order for our employees to maintain their certifications needed for the job. If an employee is under performing, they are given many opportunities to improve their performance and meet minimum expectations. During that time side my side coaching is given by more than one person to help support the employee and improve their performance.
