Pros

The Infinity culture is one of a kind. Committed to the values of energy, excellence and execution - I truly feel motivated to go to work every day. The production floor is exciting and fun - if you visited, you would see high fives, enormous cheering and an all around positive energy. Backed by our unprecedented Buyerlytics system, Infinity fosters creativity and innovation from top to bottom and the entire executive team (including CEO!) is visible and interactive with everyone, including being involved with morning energy meetings, trainings and positivity Fridays (yes, that is a real thing!) I was able to start as an account executive and grow within the company. I feel invested, loyal and part of a company revolutionizing the industry.

Cons

I find it hard to think of anything negative.

Pros

The thing that stands out to me is the growth potential for employees, people who come in and work hard and get results don’t go underappreciated or unnoticed. I started out for 2 years as an account executive, I have worked many sales jobs and the thing that was unique for me was is that i was given the freedom to be a professional salesman. The company had all the tools and resources to help me grow. They put time and money into helping me grow and reach new heights & skill sets. This provided me with a fantastic work life balance. They focus on having fun and have great employees at all 3 locations. I have seen people come and go with negativity but they strike me as the type of employees who are negative no matter where they go. I felt the need to mention this because I see some negative reviews & I am telling you please make your own opinion!!! They couldn't be painting a more skewed picture. No Work Place is perfect but if you are looking for a 40 hour work schedule in sales where you have potential to make great commission and get promoted from within this place is like no other i have worked!

Cons

Again it is not perfect. No job is! I don’t want this to seem like a biased review but I am sitting here trying to think of a con and there isn’t a big line item that is coming to mind. I would strongly encourage people looking for a job to at least apply, interview, tour the facility and make their own judgement.

Pros

Do not fret they provide soda and unhealthy snacks to 'hype' you up.

Cons

Lies, lies, lies. Walked into interview where they promised $55,000 minimum and that potential was unlimited. They basically beg people to work for them. I turned down other opportunities for this position and stayed because they were promising me management opportunities. I held some of the highest numbers in the department, which was constantly changing and reorganizing, and was led on for almost a year that something would magically change. It turns out this was the case for many other employees. Terrible work culture. Turn over is unreal. HR was never around or helpful. Management is not well. If you want to make a livable wage this is not the place for you. This is an aggressive call center.

It's unfortunate you had this experience. We work very hard to insure all of our account executives can make additional bonus with performance. One of our strengths is being flexible in dealing with the changing market climate we face, we can understand how this could be challenging for some employees. We will continue to work hard to make necessary changes to address any issues that may arise.
