Pros

Good benefits and you get them quickly, but they are really expensive if you have a family

Cons

Unexperienced and unprofessional supervisors. If they are not busy you get sent home and you are not paid, then expected to make up your hours. Very low pay out of all call centers in the area! Bed Bugs in the Dayton Call Center, but they lie and say they are not. You can look those up on the internet! Very unclean!

Pros

OK Job to have in a pinch

Cons

Calls come WAY TOO FAST!!! You don't even have time to breathe Between calls and they will not slow them down for you either. I guess they really don't remember who it is that makes their paycheck. They surely don't remember that it is the little guy.

Pros

Full time people medical benefits, some holidays paid, vacation pay somewhat flexable with scheduling. Good training.

Cons

Downside is the company itself. This is a telemarketing company. So you sit for hours at a time saying the same thing over and over again. You have to deal with rude people on the phones and they can be rude and mean and threaten you and you cannot do one thing about it. Supervisors belittle you and will send you home if you do not perform well. This company allows supervisors to talk down to employees. They blame you if no one wants to volunteer and if a program does not do well. This company goes through periods of no work or work shortages which means you will not be allowed to work and not get paid.
