Pros

The people who don't use who they know to get to where they are at are very good to work with.

Cons

Rampant nepotism, lack of morals and ethics, incompetent VP level employees and higher based on who they are related to or are friends with, and a shift in focus away from our clients best interests to fattening the bottom line of the already highest paid.

Pros

8-5 Monday-Friday everything else is garbage

Cons

I have no idea where to begin incompetent managers. I'm an employee on the business to business side. Management and trainers have no idea what they're doing and I have no idea what management actually does all day besides huddle in a camp fire laugh and tell jokes and complain about the employees all they care about is the numbers and 9 dollars an hour isn't worth it. This is the single worse job I've ever had and can't wait to be else where.

Pros

The flexibility of work hours. Managment is very very understanding and accomadating when it comes to our personal lives & I have worked for big companies before and this is by far the most generous and giving of companies.

Cons

It is very competitive environment. High stress. confusing quality scoring at times....can be frusterating.
