Pros

Good if you want part time work because there is not enough work avaliable for full time work even though they hire you in as full time and make promises that they can't keep.

Cons

Company is down sizing and dishonestly letting people go and then not wanting to pay the unemployment owed to them.

Pros

The only good thing about Infocision is that it is a professional environment, unlike many call centers. They have decent incentive contests as well, but the same people win them every time, it seems...

Cons

Improper training. Faulty dialing systems resulting in much downtime, which was not taken into consideration when calculating your statistics. They will hire ANYBODY, which results in many people who are not serious about working there, wasting everyone's time. Ridiculous attendance/ making up time taken off requirements.

Pros

Able to work at hom

Cons

While in training everyone receives a different pay rate based on your shift. Come on we are all in training and trying to learn the same thing. The training was 1 week which is not sufficient for the amount of information that must be digested. There is no mock data base where you can work for a few days and get used to the windows and how the scripts work and where they are. The trainer was rolling her eyes when our benefits time went over 1 hour because everyone had questions and wanted to know what we were getting as benefits. Since when does a company fast pace over benefits!!!!! The trainer was poorly prepared and the training room was poorly organized. There was no projector so we crowded around a laptop presentation. My overall experience was a nightmare. I made it 3 days and could see the writing on the wall. The rules are childish and the statement "It is one of your benefits to work at home" that is true if you have plenty of cash up front to install a DSL line, buy a land line phone, purchase the right computer with the correct software and only get paid if you are on the phone. God forbid if you have to take a bathroom break other than the time they schedule you to.
