Pros

The weekly pay is a plus, as well as the automatic deposits. That is the beginning and the ending of it.

Cons

Managment pretends to care about it's employees, but when it comes to backing up their words, they fall short. They are not, contrary to the belief of some, a Christian based organization. They are driven soley by money and will push their employees relentlessly to achieve numbers, regardless of the fact that a comm can only accomplish what a person called is willing to give.

Pros

Ummm. It took me about 30 minutes to come up with these pros, but i guess the coffee is free, if you like black coffee. They have a snack shop *cough* ridiculous prices *cough* The other communicators are extra friendly and helpful though, so that matters.

Cons

I worked at infocision for 1week 3days. I couldnt take anymore. The trainer that my class had was a chain smoker and also the tallest chiawawa on the planet. When ever we had a question while taking calls we were either answered with a brief eye roll before being approached, or talked to like we were the stupidest kind of stupid there is. Out of my class of 6 only one actually never mentioned not coming back within the first two weeks

Pros

You can work from home. You have little direct contact with supervisors.

Cons

Absolutely no benefits. You must earn unpaid time off and make up sick time or any other leave if you do not have it approved ahead of time. They have times when they will not approve any time off sometimes for a month or two straight. As work at home you get no paid sick, vacation or holidays. You can earn some time off if you work enough hours. If you normally work on the day a holiday falls on you have to work those hours on another day. Your opinion and ideas carry no weight.
