Pros

Work from home if you are actually given the chance even after passing all the tests.

Cons

I went through the whole process. Wasted my time that could have been used elsewhere. Wasted my money buying wired mouse, wired head phone, Ethernet cable. Passed their tech exam, etc. But then they tell me my IP address doesn’t match my state. But no where in any of the things did it say that’s a must. Not to mention the internet we all have now isn’t going to show the state you live in. It’s over the air, satellite, etc. Most homes do not have wired internet under ground anymore. I’ve checked 6 different times, called Att. I’ve got it to show 4 different stages within 24 hours. Using 3rd party sites. Speed test website showed my state. But this company must be using unreliable 3rd party. Att informs me their side is precise. But 3rd party websites are not correct and will not be correct on the location of the IP addresses. Not allowed to use a VPN to make it say the state needed. But because mine said one state over, it was “unacceptable”. This is also the first time anyone I know that’s worked for self contractors have heard such a thing. You have to download their client app program to do the tests for them to say something as ridiculous as that.

Pros

Work from home paid weekly.

Cons

Have to maintain a 0.76 index to stay employed with them. I was fresh out of training. I was on a call and got a message that if I did not have an index of 0.76 after five weeks I would be let go. Well, that hard to do when you have so many people telling you they don't have the money, or they already have the membership... or just STOP CALLING!
