Pros

Excellent benefits. Quarterly bonuses based on corporate and personal performance. The people who work here are great. The management team really cares and tries hard to make this an excellent place to work. The company is growing, and the work is challenging. So much has changed in the last three years - it is a much improved company.

Cons

Working directly with clients can sometimes be stressful as our products run a big part of their businesses, so deadlines to deliver are sometimes demanding. Because we support companies around the world and have employees around the world, the work schedule often requires more than 8 to 5.
