Pros

I like the atmosphere. Free lunch. Free massages. Free drinks. Perks like Jazz tix and Sundance passes. I like that they promote from within and offer an excellent career path. I also like that Infotrax is an industry leader.

Cons

There have been a few long term workers fired recently. Makes one wonder about the stability of your job. The company itself is growing, but is management trigger happy? Also, the stress that comes with being a vendor for several high profile clients.

Bizarre!

Pros

Excellent benefits – healthcare, messages, free lunch Friday, stocked fridge.

Cons

Nepotistic and proud of it – at least they embrace it and don't try to hide it. Friends, family, and neighbors put forth minimal effort - they weren't interested in challenging work or advancement opportunities – they were interested in doing as little as possible to enjoy the benefits of working for a friend with little to no oversight. There was zero career track potential, sure I got promoted with a title that gave me more responsibilities, but conversations about pay were nixed fairly quickly. In fact, there's a weird trust issue, management seemed suspicious of effort and of people going the extra mile. If you're the type that can sit back, fade into the woodwork, have zero passion for the work you do, and are ok milking a company without feeling a twinge of guilt for not giving your job your all - you'll get great benefits, free food on Fridays, and a message every once in a while by a strange (but very nice) lady. Not a bad deal if you want to be paid for being just OK at something.
