Pros

Great people. Friday lunches. Friday jean day. Amazing benefits. They understand the importance of family. They try not to "overwork" you, but sometimes because of the nature of the work there was some overtime needed.

Cons

Training is lacking. I think they need to help employees understand the complexities of the products. Products were always updated. Nepotism in the work place.

Pros

Very fun and professional place to work. Which is refreshing. Employees/coworkers/management work hard, and play hard together too. Communications from Management is great and necessary. Some of the best people work at InfoTrax which makes all the difference when you have to spend so much time in the work place. Great compensation and benefits as well as all of the above ... can't be bad.

Cons

The only challenges I find working at InfoTrax would be remembering that I really am working for a living. I've not had this kind of experience in any other work place. I really enjoy working with my coworkers. We enjoy a lot of benefits and perks including, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Fully vested 401(k), Massages, Sundance passes, Soccer/Football game tickets, Friday lunches, to name but a few. Many employees have been promoted while I've been working there, possibly due to in-house training.

Pros

I really enjoy coming to work each day. I feel like I work with some of my closest friends, and at the same time, we consistently deliver quality work and hit huge milestones. Here are some of the things I enjoy most: -Management listens to feedback and is willing to implement changes. -The atmosphere is fun and everyone works hard to achieve the company goals. -Our objectives are clearly stated and it's easy to understand our value proposition. -The perks are amazing and include: office lunch, gym membership, costco membership, sports tickets, ski passes, etc. -Management promotes from within. -Nice quarterly bonus program that actually gets paid out. -It's great to be with a company that is the industry leader.

Cons

Recent growth has been a challenge but has also been exciting. Training and documentation are a big focus now and will help facilitate continued growth.
