Infojini never holds any of its employee's salary, expect when it is a case where the employee has left the company without serving proper notice and under other unethical grounds. We've always been fair to every employee working in the organization. We release the salaries and incentives on time each month. We always encourages employees to think out of the box and respect every employee's ideas and suggestions (irrespective of the gender). In fact, the company promotes open door policy, where employees can directly voice their opinion, share their ideas and discuss their concerns with the management. We take care of their problems and ensure it is resolved in the least possible time – what's better than this? Infojini stands against gender and racial discrimination. For us, every employee, whether a boy or a girl is equal and we pay and treat them equally.
