Nepotism (the wife and sister of the Senior VP of Development work there and are treated special) No performance reviews, salary raises are not given by performance and they are given very rarely Management play games and pit people against each other. Sexual harrasment is not taken seriously. People gets involved with their boss, get promotions and nobody is fired when it becomes known. Projects are cancel all the time. Incentive is not individual based, seems to be at management whim. Employees are made to feel that they are lucky that sr. managment even offers a bonus Very lax management until month/quarter end then beware of micro management low work ethic of fellow employees Mandatory overtime couched in terms of if you feel you need to work, then do so.. NO comp time offered, no overtime pay. Constant changes within teams, management does not follow through on policies they set Very poor co-worker relationships. Lots of gossip, lots of "not my job" attitude, no privacy between managment and employees--everyone knows what happened to Joe Blow, because not only are coworkers talking about it but so are managers(with employees). Unprofessional coworkers--multiple fights (verbal) on the floor, One week you will be told that you are part of the best team--the next week you will be told that you are not irreplacable, and are constantly told you could be let go,
