      Pros

      Working with great colleagues who are very helpful and truly want to help you succeed.

      Cons

      All the training you will receive comes from your colleagues and online training videos. Doesn't quite prepare you for the role. Not much room for growth. There are promises of moving from Sales Development to Inside Sales but even the top performers are overlooked or held back by management from even interviewing.

      Stuck in the mud with a CEO that needs to move on.

      Pros

      Great products that generally live up to their potential with clients. Smatt and nice colleagues, although turnover is pretty high. Great training. Selling to the business is the right thing to do; we need more tools to do that better. I appreciate the autonomy that I have in hitting quota

      Cons

      After many years of being here, I've never seen so much political posturing, and so much investtment in overhead/useless staff in RWC. Management talks about how we will become a $3B compnay, but is clueless on how to articulate that. It ain't VIBE. The CEO pulls far too much money out of the company through his stock plan, it doesnt appear he has much confidence in the company. Way too much emphasis on generating reports and SFDC, mostly to cover one's bottom. SFDC is my new Saturday fun time

      Great People, Culture is in Flux

      Pros

      Good benefits - 401(k), medical, dental, vision, etc. Great co-workers. Ability to work from home. Nice new office in Redwood City.

      Cons

      Marketing upper management laid people off then immediately backfilled those positions (illegal?) which created a sense of mistrust and unease. People were eager to throw each other under the bus, but very slow to make decisions in fear that they would misstep. People worked themselves to the bone running in circles for upper management - no work/life balance. Low productivity and morale.
