I really enjoy the community here at Innovage. The benefits are great, and since the company is rapidly growing there are many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Due to the high traffic in southern California transportation has been struggling to be consistent, so I feel it would be in the best interest of the participants and for the company to have senior living facilities here in southern California.

Being a part of an organization that is helping the frailest seniors remain independent in their own homes and communities for as long as possible

Cons

Working for a fast growing company forces you to figure things out. You have to to be comfortable with change and at times having a less defined role and tasks in order to get results
