Some great staff, teleworking options, company annual event

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors and higher ups. They don’t trust anyone, consider your thoughts or input, and no real room for growth. Some staff can be very rude and unprofessional, and when complaints are made to HR nothing happens. They also don’t reprimand supervisors who bully staff. Work life balance is “encouraged” but frowned upon.

Pros

InnovAge is a growing company that has many opportunities to serve the huge number of seniors that want to stay independent and need PACE services to do so. Growth means helping more people, means helping our people, teams and partners understand the mission and how we plan to get there. Working with like minded, mission driven people help make the transformation to an organization that can and will care for more frail seniors. InnovAge has been and continues to be a great experience, with great people and teams that I can learn from, grow with and chart the path to the future of senior health care.

Cons

It can be challenging if the mind set of growth, collaboration, the processes and effort to get there can require.
