Pros

Great opportunity to get to know the PACE world. Opportunities to meet a variety of people. Managers and fellow staff are very helpful to eachother. Really becomes a second home. Fast growing organization that will keep you busy.

Cons

Parking is gate entry and the sensor does not respond from very far away, can be inconvenient in the rain.
