      Good Place to Gain Experience

      Pros

      Direct teammates are great to work with, very helpful in helping you process your job and the flow of the organization.

      Cons

      There seems to be a difficult in building cohesivity among different teams on the IDT, there is a lot of “fighting” for what you need. Management rolls out new processes without including thoughts from teams in the field, projects aren’t well explained on why they are being rolled out and are consistently time consuming. Management does not seem to care about me as an employee/person.

      Growing pains. Some supports are struggling to keep up, but overall the vision is there to execute.

      Truly a great place to work

      Pros

      Deeply fulfilling job helping seniors age in place and avoid nursing home placement. Corporate is genuinely cares about their employees and are easily accessible. They encourage employees to move up in the company, or to build upon their practice within their role if they choose.

      Cons

      Difficulty getting items needed for participants at times.
