Many caring staff working in subordinate roles dedicated to helping seniors, and working towards a mission!
Cons
Heartless C-Level on the East Coast. High level managers more focused on self promotion , authority and power, instead of growing and supporting their teams! Working there could be zero opportunity for growth. Promotion depends on who you are and whether the managers like you. You could be the hardest working individual in the industry, but if you are not part of the club, you may as well call it a day! Friends promoting friends! Many staff are overworked and under recognized. Front line staff are dumped on, and persecuted for the slightest mistake, while the higher levels cover their own tracks.
