Pros

not much micromanaging for this position, self pace.

Cons

Manager is difficult to get ahold of, this is a new position to the company so training was odd, there are a lot of things that will come up that you have not been trained for.

Pros

Company appears to be transparent with their employees and receive feedback openly. Any feedback given appears to be thoughtfully responded to and a dialogue is welcomed. The participants that we work with are wonderful and the mission of the company is evident throughout all levels of management.

Cons

It's a pretty "typical" hierarchical system (i.e. entry employee to management) but I have only experienced thoughtful and considerate management in my role.

Decent learning experience. Wouldn't work here again and wouldn't recommend.

Pros

Your colleagues will want the best for the participants. There's no doubt about that. The business model will attract good talent -- I imagine that could vary from location to location.

Cons

This company is trying to be too many things for too many of its participants while trying to profit. Keep in mind that they've also gone public so now they have investors which the company may prioritize over the participants and employess -- hard to tell. There's currently a lawsuit due to the company not informing investors about falling short with meeting the needs of participants. They try to increase profits by cutting costs and not serving all of their participants' needs. An article came out earlier this year about the company cutting corners and not providing all services they supposedly promise. Not a company I would recommend to anyone. They need to reasses their values.
