Pros
This is an amazing organization. Teams are collaborative and people respect each other...more so than any company I have worked at previously in my career. Especially during the last year and a half in the pandemic, it is very gratifying to know that we are keeping nursing home eligible seniors in their homes and in their communities as long as it is safely possible. I am grateful for my peers and for my supervisor. We are all in lock step around how to move initiatives forward and that we are serving a population who needs our care.
Cons
It is great that the organization has an organized diversity and inclusion team - and their voices are really heard. However, more can be done in this area.
