      Pros

      The ppt's we serve and my dedicated coworkers. Used to be a ppt centered company. Management used to show appreciation for the hard work we all do.

      Cons

      Management no longer cares about the employees. Benefits are cut and this is presented as "good for us" and "we value you". It's insulting to think we are expected to buy in to this line of BS. The communication from Corporate to front line employees is horrible. Employees are kept in the dark about very important developments within the company. I used to be very proud to work for Innovage. That is no longer the case!

      a handful of good and caring co-workers.

      Cons

      this company is terribly run. the management is extremely poor, leaving a large number of disatisfied employees.

      Pros

      Most of the other staff members are wonderful. Paid holidays and holidays off and no weekends. Most of the participants are also wonderful.

      Cons

      Innovage has been too short staffed the entire time I worked there. All of my team members did the job of at least 2 people. No appreciation or support from direct or upper management. Very difficult to get time off. No flexibility with the job.
