      Very fulfilling job being able to make others smile, laugh and make sure they have a safe ride.

      Cons

      Driving when it's snowing, having to learn to put lift down in tight spaces.

      Great job for the right person

      Freedom to do the job your way, decent pay and benefits, monthly commissions

      Cons

      They changed the way Outreach does things by taking away internal sales leads. This was a good percentage of my sales commissions. It's not for everyone, working with poor, older disabled people. It can be rewarding though.
